Glove Box Gas Collector

There are many enclosures where the products, substances, vapours and discharges present health risks. Glove boxes provide a first safety barrier for the operator and some filters can trap particles or capture vapours. Nevertheless, the pressure in a glove box varies and excess pressure or gas evacuations can result in dangerous emissions outside the enclosure.

To ensure safety all the discharges must then be collected to prevent their dissemination in the room or the laboratory. Gas collectors are designed to collect all the emissions from a glove box under purified neutral gas at a single point and evacuate them to an extraction network. They can also be mounted on other types of glove boxes.
